With over 25 years of expertise in financial services marketing, Matt Tillman is the Co-Founder of Callpliance and CEO of Tillman Consulting Group, LLC, a marketing consulting firm provides digital marketing services tailored to companies in mortgage, insurance, home services, and financial services.

Matt’s notable roles include serving as President of RateMarketplace.com, leading to its acquisition by Suited Connector, and as Senior Vice President at Zeta Global’s financial services division. He also led sales at Adchemy, Inc., before its acquisition by Zeta Global and co-founded FastFind.com, which was acquired by Bankrate. His early career featured impactful roles at GetSmart.com (acquired by LendingTree) and Wells Fargo Bank.
A committed advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Matt serves as Vice Chair of Blacks in Performance Marketing, dedicated to enhancing the representation and participation of Black professionals in the performance marketing industry. He is also an Advisory Board Member for LinkUnite, an initiative aimed at empowering women in marketing through networking and professional growth.
